Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Product Knowledge and Expertise: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing, and effectively communicating this information to customers. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, managing customer accounts, and resolving customer issues or complaints. Market Research and Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Working with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to sales strategies. Qualifications Conduct daily fieldwork to promote and offer company services Perform house-to-house marketing activities Distribute flyers to potential customers Execute online postings and promotions High school diploma or equivalent With or without experience in the field sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product feature, benefits, pricing, and terms persuasively. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets within specified timeframes. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential.
