By harnessing innovative learning strategies and fostering a culture of self-directed growth, the Head of L&D contributes to elevating our collective capabilities and ensuring alignment with our long-term goals. Here, you will: Develop and execute a company-wide L&D strategy aligned with long-term goals and talent development roadmap. Lead Learning Architecture & Continuous Improvement Cycle that ensures learning solutions follow a global-standard design, testing, and iteration process. Conduct rigorous needs analysis to identify priority skills and competencies required across all roles. Develop and pilot practical, simulation-based learning programs to ensure real-world relevance and operational impact. Collect multi-source feedback to refine instructional content and delivery, improving programs based on performance data. Roll out validated high-impact programs company-wide, embedding them into LMS pathways, certification tracks, and leadership development roadmaps. Establish and maintain the GoTeam Learning & Development Library as a centralized hub for all learning materials. Partner with department heads to build function-specific learning roadmaps aligned with business priorities. Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing L&D team, managing the budget and resources strategically. Stay updated on latest learning science and introduce cutting‑edge learning methods, such as AI‑driven coaching and immersive training simulations. You bring 7+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic leadership capacity. You have a proven track record in designing practical, simulation‑based, and performance‑focused learning solutions. You are highly analytical and skilled in using data to measure, evaluate, and improve learning outcomes. You excel in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across all organizational levels. You are proficient with LMS platforms and instructional design tools, leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
