ISUZU Baguio is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Service Team team as an Billing Admin. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Preparation and reconciliation of bank statements and cash receipts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide support in accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in inventory management and control.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Business Admin and related fields also encouraged.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., (Accounting Software Name)).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
