Senior Auditor | Onsite | CPA | AU Accounting Firm experience TOA Global Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Location Manila, Philippines Work Arrangement Onsite Shift 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday About this role As a Senior Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in managing audit engagements at the client level, acting as a key liaison between the firm and client operational teams. Reporting directly to the Audit Manager, you will oversee the execution of complex audit procedures, guide junior staff, and ensure timely completion of assigned audit areas. This role demands strong technical proficiency, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management at client premises. Personal time management and budgeting impact. Act as the direct link between the firm and client management/operational staff. Report directly to the Audit Manager and indirectly to the Audit Partner. Execute assigned audit process areas promptly, communicating status to the Audit Manager. Review work performed by Accountants/Graduates. Provide daily guidance to Accountants and Graduates. Communicate status of job and issues arising daily to the Audit Manager. Ensure timely completion of audit with client management and receipt of documents. Tackle review queries promptly. Maintain and improve own technical skill set and that of the team. Manage audit procedures in complex areas (e.g., debt, equity, consolidation, going concern). Prepare requirements listing at least two weeks before interim or year‑end fieldwork. Complete planning section on schedule and communicate review readiness. Assist with completion procedures. Prepare and review financial statements. Qualifications / Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline. CPA qualified or working toward CPA (desirable). At least 4 years of demonstrated experience (professional services highly regarded). Proficient in CaseWare, Xero, MYOB, and MS Office Suite. Productive, motivated, and structured work approach. Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills. Team building, initiative, goal setting, assertiveness, and resilience.
