Overview

Senior Legal Operations Analyst (Project Management) at Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is a role within the Legal & Risk Optimization (LRO) Operations team. The role develops and drives a robust project management framework & governance, and leads strategic and operational projects owned by various teams within LRO, ensuring alignment with departmental goals. Reports to the Manager of LRO Operations (based in the Philippines). This position is located in BGC, Taguig, Philippines and is a Full Time Permanent (Hybrid) role.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end project management. Plan, execute, and complete LRO-owned initiatives across LRO domains, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery. Exercise decision-making authority in collaboration with project leads/owners as required.
  • Collaborate Across LRO Functions. Partner with LRO sub-teams (Ethics, Compliance & Enterprise Risk; Global Government Affairs & Trade; Commercial; Intellectual Property; Litigation; Internal Audit) to define project scope, deliverables, and resource alignment.
  • Design and maintain robust project frameworks. Create and manage project management framework and governance, intake processes, and documentation (work plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, progress reports) to ensure transparency and accountability. Independently design and optimize processes for delivering projects.
  • Drive cross-functional project execution. Work with project sponsors/owners to initiate, monitor, and conclude projects; facilitate team formation, guide change management, track milestones, and troubleshoot roadblocks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences
  • At least 3 years of solid project management experience in a corporate setting, ideally in a global or cross-regional environment. Experience in Legal or Compliance domains is a plus.
  • Proven track record of collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Procurement)
  • Confident in leading meetings and presenting to diverse audiences, including senior-level professionals and executives
  • Open to working flexible hours, as needed, to support project meetings scheduled in US time zones
  • Proficient in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar tools
