Manage and maintain client email distribution lists, ensuring data hygiene, proper segmentation, and list health. Build, test, and schedule newsletter campaigns in various email service platforms (ESPs). Assist in setting up and monitoring automated email sequences (e.g., welcome or nurture campaigns). Support performance tracking by pulling key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.) for client reports. Assist in crafting and distributing internal and external corporate communications. Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills (for client coordination). A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn new software and marketing concepts. The self-motivation and discipline to manage your own time and tasks in a remote setting. A proactive, "no task is too small" attitude and a strong sense of pride in your work. Nice-to-Haves Any experience with an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc.). Familiarity with spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel) for managing lists. Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
