This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and root-causing variances in costs and prices across the site. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable working independently, and collaborate effectively across departments such as Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Sales. Key Responsibilities Analyze and monitor product and service cost structures to identify and explain cost and price variances. Conduct root cause analysis on material, labor, overhead, and other cost deviations. Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate drivers of cost changes and recommend corrective actions. Support standard cost updates and cost roll processes. Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure cost accuracy and transparency. Provide cost and margin analysis to support pricing decisions and profitability initiatives. Prepare regular reporting and dashboards highlighting cost trends, opportunities, and risks. Continuously evaluate costing processes and recommend improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required). 2+ years of experience in cost analysis, financial planning, or a related finance role. Experience in a contract manufacturing or operations environment is a plus. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and variance analysis. Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of standard costing and inventory valuation methodologies. CPA, CMA, or working toward a finance-related certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
