We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager with deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting . This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our consolidated financial statements and disclosures. You will lead technical accounting initiatives, oversee audit coordination, and drive process improvements across reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K). Ensure accuracy of consolidated financials, including eliminations, intercompany transactions, and FX translation. Maintain robust documentation supporting reporting processes and accounting judgments. Liaise with external auditors for timely audit completion. Technical Accounting Interpret and apply complex U.S. GAAP standards (e.g., ASC 606, 842, 740, 718, 805, 810, 350, 360). Draft technical memos and accounting position papers. Monitor emerging standards and assess financial impact. Provide training and guidance to internal teams.
