Keep engagement alive with daily themes (Motivation Monday, Wins Wednesday, etc.). Plan, coordinate, and execute quarterly General Monthly Meetings (GMMs) and live/in-person events —from concept to logistics—to strengthen community and connection. Own the event calendar: plan recognition ceremonies, team-building activities, training sessions, and celebration events. Track attendance, participation, and pulse checks to ensure high engagement. Revive disengaged Talents with authentic relationship-building and creative touchpoints. Fuel Growth & Development Sit down with every Talent 1:1—learn what drives them, then help chart their growth. Curate masterclasses, short courses, and trainings that spark curiosity and skills. Build development plans and connect Talents with mentors, influencers, and opportunities. Partner with People Ops for talent orientation and continuous career coaching. Build Culture & Belonging Be the good cop—encouraging, motivating, and celebrating every milestone. Spot disengagement early and reignite the fire through authentic connection. Bring culture to life through immersive experiences—retreats, recognition events, and interactive activities that strengthen bonds across teams. Feedback & Support Act as the bridge between Talents, People Ops, Client Success, and leadership. Proactively address concerns before they escape—always with empathy and solutions. Provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations to leadership. Role-play and coach Talents through challenges to strengthen confidence and performance. Qualifications Experience in employee engagement, talent development, and event planning (virtual and in-person). Strong facilitation skills—able to command attention and motivate others. High emotional intelligence—able to detect disengagement early and re-engage with authenticity. Organized—keeps calendars, attendance, and growth plans updated consistently. Obsessed with self-growth and passionate about pushing people to become their best selves. Warm, approachable, and naturally motivating—you inspire people to lean in. A great listener who can also command attention and get the message across. Balanced “good cop”—empathetic, but not afraid to hold people accountable to their goals. Proactive and creative—you don’t wait to be told how to spark engagement, you make it happen. Nice to haves L&D credentials, or coaching certifications.
