Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Contract Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Location: National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities For Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineers and Architects: Monitor construction works of trade contractors. Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standard procedures. Implement total quality and overall health & safety practices. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors on site conditions, design issues, and revisions. Attend technical coordination meetings with contractors and utility providers. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must be a Registered civil, electrical or mechanical engineer (depending on specialty); licensed Architect for architecture roles. 1–2 years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch‑up and project management tools. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. For Architects: BS Architecture and at least 2 years of experience; capability in project scheduling, cost estimating and site supervision.
