Biñan, Philippines Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) Full time

Job Description:

  • Perform day-to-day general accounting and financial analysis.
  • Review monthly Trial Balance for both IMI and PSI, and coordinate abnormal balances with relevant departments or staff.
  • Prepare monthly journal vouchers (JVs) for senior personnel.
  • Record and analyze all accrued expenses of the company.
  • Conduct general ledger and intercompany account reconciliations.
  • Prepare year-end Audited Financial Statements, General Form for Financial Statements (GFFS) for SEC, and Form 1709 for BIR.
  • Assist in budget preparation for various departments.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA designation is preferred
  • At least three years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning
  • Solid knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in SAP (particularly the Finance Module) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in financial modeling software and techniques for forecasting and budgeting
  • Skilled in financial data analysis, trend identification, and informed decision-making
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills
