About the Company Aurum Network is building an on‑chain gold infrastructure ecosystem that bridges real‑world bullion banking with modern Web3 financial tools. Backed by the Aurum Network Foundation (Panama) and partnered with WDG Bullion, we operate one of the fastest‑growing tokenized gold platforms—serving over 6,000 users and managing more than $17M in tokenized gold assets. We are now expanding our core engineering team to support the next phase of growth across Solana, cross‑chain integrations, and enterprise‑level infrastructure. About the Role We are looking for a Rust Developer (Solana native) who can also take on key DevOps responsibilities. You will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high‑performance smart contracts on Solana while maintaining robust backend systems, deployment pipelines, and validator/node infrastructure. This role sits at the heart of our protocol development and ecosystem expansion. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Rust. Optimize contract performance, security, and cost efficiency on Solana. Build cross‑program invocations (CPI), token mechanics, and custom on‑chain logic. Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate Aurum utilities across apps. DevOps / Infrastructure Manage Solana RPCs, nodes, validators, and backend services. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smart contract and backend deployments. Monitor system performance, logs, and uptime across environments. Implement secure key management, wallet integrations, and infrastructure hardening. Participate in architecture planning and technical roadmap development. Write high‑quality documentation for internal and community use. Contribute to audits, QA, and continuous code improvement. Qualifications 2+ years experience with Rust, preferably in a blockchain or systems programming context. Deep familiarity with Solana development, Anchor framework, and SPL programs. Strong experience with DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud infra (AWS/GCP), monitoring tools. Experience with Web3 infrastructure: RPC nodes, AML/KYC integrations, multisig management. Understanding of token standards, DeFi protocols, and secure program design. Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup environment. Preferred Skills Experience with cross‑chain bridging, token wrapping, or DEX integrations. Prior involvement in building L1/L2, DeFi, or RWA protocols. Security audit experience (manual or automated tooling). Pay range and compensation package Competitive compensation (salary + token equity allocations).
