About the role As a Talent Identification Specialist at Alldigi Tech Manila Inc., you will play a crucial role in building and growing the company's talented team. This full-time position is based in Taguig City and will involve developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire the best candidates for a variety of roles within the organisation. What you\'ll be doing Screen and assess candidates through phone interviews, in-person interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation methods Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company\'s ongoing hiring needs What we\'re looking for 1+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with hiring managers and candidates Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools What we offer At ALLSECTECH MANILA, INC\', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
