We currently support 150+ brands with efficient, scalable logistics and are now looking to bring on larger, enterprise-level clients.

About the job

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Technical Specialist to join our team at Ecomflow. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Shopify integrations with our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring smooth operations for our 3PL clients, and providing technical expertise for e-commerce solutions.

What will you do

You will be responsible for:

Setting up and configuring Shopify stores for optimal integration with our WMS system

Implementing and managing order routing systems between Shopify and our fulfillment center

Configuring shipping methods, payment gateways, and inventory sync settings

Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions for client integration challenges

Creating and maintaining documentation for Shopify setup procedures and best practices

Collaborating with client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years experience with Shopify platform administration and technical configuration

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes

Experience with API integrations and webhook management

Knowledge of shipping and logistics systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with 3PL providers or warehousing operations

Familiarity with multiple e-commerce platforms beyond Shopify

Background in technical support or customer success

Knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS platforms

Experience with custom Shopify app development
