We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operation keeping the CRM accurate, ensuring meetings and follow-ups run smoothly, and supporting the preparation of compelling proposals and sales materials.

This is a high-leverage role that enables our leadership team to focus on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue, while you ensure that the engine behind the scenes runs flawlessly. Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Ownership: Maintain a clean, organized CRM with updated pipelines, contacts, and activity tracking.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage sales calls, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and document action items.
  • Follow-Through & Accountability: Ensure deadlines and follow-ups are executed promptly; keep leadership accountable.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and case studies with accurate, professional materials.
  • Lead Nurturing: Reactivate dormant opportunities, manage warm lead outreach, and assist with light LinkedIn/email prospecting.
  • Market & Client Research: Compile insights on prospects, competitors, and industries to support discovery and proposal stages.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor pipeline health, meeting volume, and activity metrics; prepare clear dashboards and reports.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, templates, and frameworks for scalability.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or executive assistance in a sales environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); confident in client-facing contexts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

You’ll work directly with our CEO & CRO and collaborate across sales, marketing, and delivery. You will be a key member of our newly formed sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves enabling high-impact sales conversations, and takes pride in making the business run more smoothly and professionally.
