Overview

AceOutsource Solutions is looking for an energetic Call Center Rep / Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients for international relocation services.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new clients for international relocation services.
  • Support sales activities and contribute toward achieving targets.

Qualifications
  • At least minimum 6 months in, ideally in BPO, customer service, or outsourcing industries.
  • Education: At least high school graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to confidently pitch services to clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO services, industry standards, and sales best practices.
