RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, motivate, and coach the team to crush appointment-setting targets. Master and train the team on GoHighLevel (GHL) sales features. Constantly refine cold‑call scripts. Monitor all team metrics and implement strategic changes. QUALIFICATIONS 1‑2+ years managing a high‑volume cold calling/appointment‑setting team (B2B, US market preferred). Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) sales features (dialer, pipelines, and reporting). A naturally high‑energy, positive leader who can coach a team through the daily grind of cold calling. Impeccable spoken English – clear, professional, and convincing.
