Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; produce detailed reports and recommend corrective actions. Maintain and audit records related to HSSE metrics (e.g., incident rates, waste management logs). Liaise with local government authorities and third parties on HSSE-related matters. Promote health and wellbeing initiatives within the organization. Manage security measures, including access control and emergency protocols. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools. Qualifications -Experience, exposure & connection especially Mindanao security.
