Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics and initiate improvements.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to enhance processes.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Language requirements: ability to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Hokkien, as well as English or Tagalog.
- Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning skills.
- Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in human resources or cooperative management is a plus.
