The DCX Client Services – **Home-Based Financial Analyst** is expected to be proactive and detail-oriented with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint to join our team. This role is integral in transforming financial and operational data into insightful analyses and executive-ready reports that directly support strategic decision-making and business growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data manipulation, financial modeling, and performance analysis, paired with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations that communicate complex information with impact. As a key contributor, the Financial Analyst will help drive efficiency, optimize outcomes, and provide actionable insights that shape the organization’s direction. **REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES** **Analytical Thinking –** Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate numbers into meaningful insights that guide business decisions. **Communication Skills –** Presenting financial data and insights in a clear, concise, and executive-ready format, both in writing and through presentations. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a business partnering environment. **Language Proficiency:** Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. **Working schedule:** Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US **Technical Skills:** Expert-level Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation. Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling presentations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate in Word and Outlook.
