Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide IT support to designated Business Continuity Task Force (BCTF) sites, ensuring service continuity and support at OSR locations.

• Assist in identifying, coordinating, and resolving technical issues related to classified and unclassified systems.

• Document, manage, and escalate unresolved incidents in the IT Service Management system.

• Deliver on-site and remote support, troubleshooting end-user devices, printers, software, and network connectivity issues.

• Perform desk-side technical assistance, including hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Track, document, and close tickets related to service incidents and requests.

• Manage IT asset inventory across multiple sites, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software.

• Coordinate device provisioning, setup, and retirement according to established procedures.

• Maintain up-to-date user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and training materials.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.

• Interface with internal and external customers to provide guidance and technical support.

• Deliver timely and clear communications regarding ongoing issues, planned outages, and system updates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience:

• Five (5) years relevant experience

• Certifications:

• CompTIA Security+

• Education:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Physics, Engineering, or another related field

• Clearance:

• Must possess a Secret clearance
