Overview

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support.

Qualifications

  • Adept in the pace of the medical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in HR or related role
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Willing to travel to Singapore or other Southeast Asian countries as needed
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

What We Offer
