Job Description

The Strategic Account Director partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience, managing key Service Provider accounts in the Philippines. You’re motivated by solving critical challenges facing our customer’s secure environment, and you’ll connect them with a solution for every stage of threat prevention. You develop trusted relationships at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. You have a concrete understanding of our product suites and can identify areas that can be resolved by Palo Alto Networks solutions. This role is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. You’re responsible for leading and driving sales engagements.

Our solutions are best-in-breed and our customers seek a trusted cybersecurity partner who can create a truly zero-trust based security architecture. You will guide customers in their transition to a more secure online environment and feel empowered by our product offerings.

Your Impact
  • Acquire and manage key Service Provider accounts in the Philippines
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within target accounts
  • Present to executives with a proven track record in selling to senior leaders
  • Facilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing clients and partners
  • Use consultative selling to identify business challenges and create solutions
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position Palo Alto Networks solutions
  • Develop clear goals and provide accurate forecasting through territory planning
  • Leverage customer stories to articulate value for each account
  • Stay updated on industry trends and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services
  • Travel as necessary within territory and to company-wide meetings
Qualifications

Your Experience

  • At least 10+ years of quota-carrying sales and account management experience in the Service Provider space in the Philippines
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products solve business problems
  • Ability to identify problems, review data, determine root causes, and provide scalable solutions
  • Strong collaboration with partners and internal technical teams to deliver world-class solutions
  • Self-motivated with experience selling into the Service Provider space
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with autonomy
