Who you are: You are a Art Director / Graphic Designer who is responsible for leading and creating the visual language for The Moment Group’s Brands shops, campaigns, and initiatives. You will develop visual directions for assigned brand/s that will impact and define year-long key visuals for Brand Campaigns across digital and print platforms. You, in collaboration with Interior Design and Builds, will be responsible for designing in-shop graphics and artworks for new concepts and shops. You collaborate with the Design team, and work closely with the different teams within TMG’s Creative Development Wing (Brand, PR, Executions, and R&D). You are extremely aware of what the latest trends are, and you not only have the eye for pretty things, but have the innate sensibility of making things look pretty damn good.

Responsibilities

Brand Campaigns and Initiatives: Develop Visual Direction for Brands that will define year-long key visuals for campaigns and initiatives, Creation of brand decks and full campaign plans, Present and discuss major projects across teams, Ideate, execute, and oversee all marketing brand campaigns (from initial KVs, templates, overall look & feel), Supervise shoots and create pre-prod sheets for campaigns, Design of print and digital RTAs, Head price hike changes in marketing materials, Oversee proofing quality across all materials

Commercial Initiatives: Creation of materials for Commercial Initiatives & Partnerships (for third party aggregator)

Shop Art Program (New Store Openings): Lead and oversee design & technicals for all New Store Openings, Represent team during NSOs and site visits, Supervise design projects by communicating with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables, Supervise third-party suppliers during in-shop artwork installations, Oversee proofing quality across all materials

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Electronic Media or other design-related fields.
  • At least 5 years work experience in Art Direction, Design, or similar field
  • Proven experience in food and beverage or retail
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Motion, Web, Mobile design are a plus
  • Has experience with product packaging
  • Has experience with product photography
  • Has experience with illustration
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication skills
  • Has experience working within a team and managing more junior art directors / designers
  • Flexible, works fast and has the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Open to work in a hybrid set up in Makati
