JUNIOR ART DIRECTOR - Hybrid Workplace Arrangement

Go Motion is seeking a proficient Art Director to join our creative team and lead the visual development of projects in alignment with our creative vision.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for interpreting the creative vision effectively and translating it into compelling visual concepts.

Your role will involve creating key visuals, key frames, mood boards, and storyboards that bring ideas to life.

Strong project management skills are essential to ensure smooth workflow and minimize rework. Your ability to generate ideas based on insights and convey them accurately will be crucial in shaping the visual identity of our projects.

Additionally, you should excel in time management, accept constructive feedback, and perform tasks delegated by your superior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret the creative vision and translate it into solid visual ideas.

  • Create key visuals, key frames, mood boards, and storyboards that visualize and dramatize concepts.

  • Clarify assignments promptly to minimize rework and effort in developing ideas.

  • Generate ideas based on insights and convey features accurately to colleagues.

  • Manage priorities and workload to meet project deadlines effectively.

  • Ensure finished work consistently meets quality standards.

  • Accept and utilize guidance from seniors and project directors to enhance work quality.

  • Perform other delegated tasks as required by your immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or related industry preferred, but not required

  • Intermediate visual acuity and creative thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop and Illustrator], etc.).

  • Strong project management and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).

  • A portfolio showcasing past works and skills is required for all applicants.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

  • 1-2x onsite work weekly

  • PC, software and tools will be provided
