Overview

On-site construction project management role based in Marikina. Requires 5-10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on site
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Manage reports, budget, track costs, and control expenditures
  • Resolve constructive relationship issues and site conflicts promptly
  • Ensure timely replacement of materials and resources
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
  • Lead site meetings and communicate updates with all involved parties
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
  • Supervise and monitor construction staff, foremen, and subcontractors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
  • PRC License (for engineers, Architecture) is an advantage
  • Working Conditions: On-site work in various environments, often in variable weather.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, strong leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.
