Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on site Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders Ensure construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients Manage reports, budget, track costs, and control expenditures Resolve constructive relationship issues and site conflicts promptly Ensure timely replacement of materials and resources Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks Lead site meetings and communicate updates with all involved parties Enforce health and safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Supervise and monitor construction staff, foremen, and subcontractors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of proven experience in construction project management. Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills. PRC License (for engineers, Architecture) is an advantage Working Conditions: On-site work in various environments, often in variable weather.
