Develop ground improvement designs and methodologies tailored to challenging soil conditions. Provide technical leadership on dredging, reclamation, and beneficial reuse of soft dredged materials. Oversee site investigations, data interpretation, and geotechnical reporting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, environmental, dredging, reclamation, and marine engineers. Engage with clients, regulators, and contractors to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (PhD is a plus). Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including project delivery in soil improvement and reclamation works. Proven track record working with soft soils and ground behavior under challenging conditions. Experience with the beneficial reuse of dredged materials is highly desirable.
