Job Description

ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is seeking experienced Google My Business Page Experts to create and verify towing profiles for our business. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing Google My Business profiles specifically for our towing services.

Your expertise will help ensure that our profiles are accurate, optimized, and verified, leading to increased visibility and customer engagement in our local market.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize Google My Business profiles for our towing services, ensuring all information is accurate and compelling
  • Verify towing profiles to ensure compliance with Google My Business guidelines and enhance credibility
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and messages related to the towing services on Google My Business
  • Implement strategies to enhance the visibility of our towing profiles on Google search and maps
  • Analyze Google My Business metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google My Business strategies with overall business objectives
  • Stay current on Google My Business updates, features, and best practices to maintain an effective online presence
Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing and optimizing Google My Business profiles, specifically for service-oriented businesses
  • Understanding of the towing industry and the importance of local search visibility
  • Proficient knowledge of Google My Business features, guidelines, and verification processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and drive optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate profiles
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and local SEO is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
