Key Roles and Responsibilities Respond to inquiries regarding HR policy, procedure, the HR Portal and HR self‑service forms associated with HR transactions. Interact with managers and employees via e‑mail, web requests, live chat and phone. Accept and route requests for assistance over, e‑mail, live chat, and web forms, and work directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems. Gather information and record data in HR tools. Monitor transaction status and, as necessary, escalated transactions. Prepare error‑free written communication including e‑mails and letters. Escalate appropriate actions to other parties. Follow up with customers to ensure completion of tasks within specified performance parameters. Generate daily and weekly incident reports, translate/create documents, as necessary. Work Environment Night shift to accommodate NAMER and LATAM operations (flexibility required). Involves prolonged periods of PC and telephone usage in a fast‑paced environment. Accountable for continuously receiving and handling high volumes of work orders. Works in a team environment; interacts with multiple internal and external customers. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field. Ability to work the night shift. 1–2 years of related experience preferred but not required. Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Attention to detail and organization. Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
