We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, and ensuring the continued success of Quartzelec’s products and services in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the energy or electrical equipment sector and possess a proven track record of building successful client relationships. Key Responsibilities& Accountability Sales Growth & Account Management: Maximize sales of Quartzelec products and services by managing key accounts and directly engaging with customers. Collaborate with the Quartzelec operations team to ensure seamless service delivery Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and review sales plans aligned with business objectives to drive consistent growth and profitability in the assigned territory Target Achievement: Ensure sales targets are met consistently, in alignment with profit and loss (P&L) expectations. Regularly review performance and adjust strategies as needed Customer Engagement: Actively promote Quartzelec’s products through regular customer visits, supporting sales channels, and attending relevant exhibitions Key Account Oversight: Take responsibility for managing and growing allocated Key Accounts. Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with existing customers Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes We invite applications from individuals who possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification within the Electrical/Electronic discipline.
