We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in TaskUs Molino - Greenhouse. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance metrics while handling inquiries across channels.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat support channels.
• Filter content from the client\'s website.
• Perform data and research functions.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource and document customer interactions following standard operating procedures.
• Strive for good Customer Satisfaction and Experience and ensure calls are handled professionally per client Quality Guidelines.
• Meet and exceed client mandated KPIs.
• Ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model.
• Maintain confidentiality of logins and passwords (Internal & External).
• Participate in mandated trainings and seminars.
• Understand and comply with TaskUs policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on problems or areas for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least six months of BPO experience.
• Experience on phone, email and live chat support is a plus; experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support is even better.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Computer literate; proficient in Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Resourceful, able to multitask, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in cross-functional and global teams.
• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes; able to work under pressure.

Location & Work Requirement

On-site in TaskUs Molino - Greenhouse, 7F MDC 101 Bldg., Paliparan, Bacoor. Open to residents of Cavite, Laguna, Las Piñas City, Parañaque City, Pasay City, Muntinlupa City, and Taguig City.
