About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Branch Associates at our Kristoffe Heights branch in Brgy. Molino, Naic Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Accurately processing transactions, such as payments, account updates, and service requests
• Maintaining a tidy and organised branch environment
• Promoting and cross-selling the company's products and services
• Collaborating with the team to achieve branch and customer service targets
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the call centre or customer service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
• A team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
