Position Objective: This position is responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cross-sell and upsell BPI-Philam products to BPI customers
• Establish, maintain and grow good relations with bank partners in the branch, and prospective and existing clients of BPI
• Provide excellent customer service and aftersales service to clients of BPI
• Prepare, submit, and analyze sales reports on a regular basis
• Attend weekly meetings with bank partners and Bancassurance Area Managers for production updates and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Good communication and interaction skills
• Ability to establish and build good working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Strong motivation and target-driven
• Preferably with Sales / Customer Service experience

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary : Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types :

Virtual Rockstar is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to support a growing physical therapy practice. The role includes supporting sales and marketing efforts, managing client relationships, and maintaining the online presence.

Responsibilities :

• CRM Management: Track and manage patient information and interactions through HubSpot. Follow up with lost patients, schedule appointments, and handle calls to maintain patient engagement.
• Social Media Management: Post and manage content on platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create visuals with Canva for campaigns and clinic promotions. Monitor and respond to comments/messages.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist with development, execution, and analysis of campaigns. Monitor effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
• Content Creation: Collaborate to create engaging content and marketing collateral; support blog posts and newsletters.
• Website and Online Presence: Maintain content on Squarespace; keep information up-to-date and aligned with goals.
• Event Coordination: Plan events, workshops, and community engagements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to support decisions; track ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for patients and team members; assist with scheduling and admin tasks.
• Technical Support: Provide basic support for clinic tools and software.
• Review Monitoring: Monitor online reviews and respond to maintain a positive reputation.
• Administrative Support: Schedule personal and family appointments for leadership; plan travel and itineraries.

Requirements :

• Experience with platforms: HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, GoHighLevel preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative Mindset: Ability to create engaging content
