Job Overview

Affiliate Coordination (Ecommerce/Social Commerce-Focused)

  • Source, invite, and onboard creators for affiliate content programs on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Disseminate briefs and brand guidelines to creators and ensure full alignment with campaign expectations.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and follow-ups via WhatsApp or group chats to drive timely posting.
  • Track creator status and maintain performance sheets to support reporting and billing.
  • Flag potential creators for product sampling or targeted campaigns based on follower tier or niche relevance.
  • Creative Account Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned brands.
  • Translate client briefs into clear creative direction for designers, copywriters, and production teams.
  • Manage timelines, WIPs, and internal resource coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Review creative outputs to ensure they align with the brand guidelines, brief, and platform best practices.
  • Maintain clear documentation of feedback loops, approvals, and version control across campaigns.
  • Raise potential risks or blockers early and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
Experience Needed

A successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile:

  • 1–3 years experience in account management, ideally in a creative or eCommerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of content production workflows and digital campaign execution.
  • Experience in managing influencers, affiliates, or creators is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Trello), and asset tracking systems.
