Global Contract and Vendor Manager (IT/Technology) Client Profile: A global leader in optical lens technology, establishing its Center of Excellence in the Philippines to accelerate innovation and unlock sustainable growth. Work Setup: 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH MUST HAVE : Experience managing global IT/Technology contracts and vendor/service provider engagements. This is a mid-manager level position, individual contributor. Job Responsibilities Contract Renewals and Terminations Coordinate contract renewals, extensions, and terminations with technical application owners. Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements in vendor contracts. Cost Management Monitor and control costs associated with vendor contracts. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize vendor spend. Contract Management Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure contracts align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Contract Compliance Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Conduct regular audits and assessments of vendor performance. Evaluate vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors. Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial, operational, and reputational risks. Develop contingency plans for vendor-related disruptions. Job Qualifications Education/Training Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Information Technology. Experience & Skills Must possess at least 5 years of proven experience managing global technology and IT contracts, including vendor relationship management, procurement, and performance oversight across multiple regions. Strong understanding of vendor risk and performance management. Experience with cost control and contract compliance. Proficiency in vendor performance metrics and contract lifecycle management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in collaborating with finance, procurement, and project teams. Application Questions What's your expected monthly basic salary?
