Manage and optimize vendor agreements supporting the company, ensuring vendors meet contractual commitments aligned with the company strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee vendor contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in coordination with application owners.
-Monitor and optimize vendor costs, identifying opportunities for savings.
-Manage contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to align with company goals.
-Ensure contract compliance and conduct regular vendor performance evaluations using KPIs.
-Assess and manage risks tied to vendor relationships; create contingency plans when needed.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or any related studies.
-5 years of experience in IT, Vendor Management, or Contract Administration
-Strong knowledge and background in Technology
-With expertise in Vendor Risk Management, Contract Negotiation and Compliance
-Amenable to work in Makati
