You'll translate strategy into powerful visual narratives, driving growth across social, digital, and product ecosystems. You'll be working directly under a Creative Director and will lead a talented team of designers. What You’ll Be Doing Own Creative Campaigns: Manage end-to-end creative campaigns, overseeing concept, design execution, visual storytelling, and final delivery. Design Strategy: Translate marketing and growth goals into design assets for landing pages, ad funnels, and core digital assets. Visual Execution: Lead visual execution across multi-channel campaigns (social, paid media, video, and brand content). Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, UX/UI teams, and the Creative Director to ensure cohesive campaign experiences. Brand Consistency: Craft design execution for both product and marketing touchpoints, maintaining rigorous visual alignment and brand standards. Mentorship: Mentor interns, upskilling them in visual storytelling and creative problem-solving. Modern Workflows: Employ the use of LLMs and prompt engineering to enhance research, prototyping, and execution efficiency. What You’ll Bring Experience: 5–6 years of experience in creative, design, or advertising agencies (preferably with tech or digital brands). Campaign Delivery: Proven ability to concept and deliver effective, full-funnel marketing campaigns. Technical Mastery: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) and Figma. Foundational Skills: Solid expertise of graphic design, branding and art direction principles. Collaboration: Exceptional collaboration skills—comfortable working with strategists, developers, engineers, and the broader creative team.
