Key Responsibilities of the AI Engineer Workflow Automation & Integration AI-Powered Development Data & Reporting Systems DevOps & Monitoring Collaboration & Documentation Key Qualifications of the AI Engineer 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate) Strong knowledge of API integration principles (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON) Experience automating across tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to reliability Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills and ability to map and optimize workflows end-to-end Additional Information Why Are We Hiring an AI Engineer?
