Key Responsibilities

Delight Customers & Stakeholders

  • Analyze business needs and deliver AI/ML solutions that solve complex challenges

  • Communicate insights and technical outputs clearly and effectively

  • Ensure high model performance and client satisfaction

Grow the Business

  • Support solution design and client presentations

  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and proposals

  • Participate in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing

Improve the Way We Work

  • Lead the adoption of new AI/ML tools and cloud services

  • Implement best practices in AI development and deployment

  • Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency

Develop Self and Others

  • Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence

  • Upskill in emerging technologies and AI trends

  • Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives

Key Metrics of Success

  • Accuracy, performance, and deployment success of AI models

  • Client satisfaction and impact of solutions delivered

  • Participation in business development efforts

  • Contributions to team learning and technical mentorship

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

  • 4+ years in AI/ML solution development

  • 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring capacity

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and AWS (or other cloud platforms)

  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training

  • Familiarity with use cases such as Classification, Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, NLP, and Computer Vision

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

  • Growth mindset and proactive learning attitude
