  • Collaborate with the PR & Marcom Manager to plan and execute restaurant and F&B events and promotions.

  • Work closely with the PRM to create human interest activities and programs that showcase our F&B offers.
  • Communicate effectively with the team on all F&B marketing initiatives and promotions.
Banquet Promotion:
  • Implement projects, programs, and events with the PRM to promote banquet services.
  • Assist the PRM, DOSM, and banquet sales in creating and planning programs to promote socials and events business.
  • Support the planning and execution of programs to promote MICE business.
Social Media Management:
  • Under the guidance of the PR & Marcom Manager, plan content and strategies for social media handles.
  • Create engaging content for postings according to guidelines and targets set.
  • Manage page responses, reviews, and engagement.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media performance.
Brand Partnership:
  • Assist the PRM, DOSM, and FBM in establishing beneficial partnerships to elevate brand experience.
  • Establish collaboration, tie-ups, and partnerships with third-party merchants and brands.
  • Create a database of potential partnership opportunities for events and promotions.
  • Maintain relationships with event organizers, producers, and suppliers for potential business collaborations.
  • Update the list of entertainment, production groups, and talent management companies.
Administration:
  • Prepare monthly activity reports for submission to the PRM, ADPRMC, FBM, and DOSM.
  • Prepare pre- and post-event P&L statements for all promotions, events, and activities.
  • Update and maintain a database of network contacts.
  • Establish and maintain an email marketing database for F&B promos and events.
  • Monitor competitor promotions and offers.
  • Maintain documentation of all programs, promotions, and events.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, is also required. You should possess knowledge of SEO, social media ads, Google Analytics, and online campaigns.

A strong analytical mind, excellent communication and organizational skills, and creativity are essential for this position. You should also be familiar with website management and email marketing tools. The ability to learn new tools and strategies quickly is a must.
