Ability to manage multiple communication channels (voice, email, chat) and customers simultaneously. Ability to learn and retain detailed knowledge of logistics services and products. Ability to identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with relevant company systems and software for data entry and order management. A positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
