Overview

Join a dynamic team handling outbound and inbound calls, data entry, and customer support in Batangas City with US and Canadian clients.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
  • Perform data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet service level agreements set forth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to work on-site in Batangas City.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to different personalities.
  • Intelligent and quick learner.
  • No BPO experience required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Full-time and long-term employment.
  • Basic salary plus government-mandated benefits, health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Salary based on skills, attitude, performance, and attendance.
  • Option to choose between probationary and freelance setup.
  • Probationary package: ₱13,500 - ₱14,500.
  • Freelance: Up to ₱17,600.
  • US and Canadian clients.
  • Shift: Graveyard, Monday to Friday.
