Position Details Position Title: Dreams Fulfillment OfficerLevel: SupervisorReports To: Cluster HeadSupervises: None Job Purpose Responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment, execution of intentional activities, training and coaching of new and existing dealers. Works closely with Cluster Head, Happy Customer Supervisor, Happy Customer Retention, Great Life Executives, Directors, Managers and Builders. Key Responsibilities Ensures achievement of sales, recruitment and progression targets. Executes branch Intentional Activities for sales generation and dealer engagement. Ensures daily monitoring of KPIs using the available tools through Sales Web platform. Daily accomplishment of IA Tracker via iCheck. Updates the dealer on existing and upcoming Marketing Division and Dreams Fulfillment Department programs. Conducts all training programs from Commercial Operations Training Division for existing dealers and ensures a call‑to‑action follow‑through. Updates training materials and tools. Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression and achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart‑to‑Heart discussions. Responsible for Promote‑out and Sourcing‑out of Great Life Manager or Director. Ensures intentional activities are conducted based on set schedule and guidelines: High Sales Generating: Appreciation Meeting, Recruitment Initiatives, Grand Recruitment Day Regular Sales Generating: Great Life Leaders’ Month Start Meeting, Great Life Leaders’ Cut‑off Meeting, Follow‑through Sales Calls, Fun Day (birthday celebration), Progression/Fulfillment Day or Grand Recruitment Fair, Bingo Day Relationship Building Heart‑to‑Heart 1on1 Face‑to‑Face H2H Follow‑Through Calls / Face‑to‑Face GLO 2 GLO 3 Progression Meeting Ensures quality (CER) and continuity of business (retention) of new recruits. Collaborates with Happy Customer Supervisor to resolve dealer concerns, determines root cause of recurring issues and recommends action. Secures compliance on required sales and other administrative reports. Complies and supports special projects such as Suyod. Any other tasks as required from time to time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
