The Home-Based Junior Developer will be an integral part of developing our systems by designing and developing Web APIs and business integration software. A strong background in software development will provide a basis for success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Independently develop solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and creating functional and balanced solutions for business problems using clean code and appropriate design patterns
  • Communicate effectively to ask questions, seek requirements, and convey knowledge on technical and complex topics
  • Evaluate analyses, problem definitions, requirements, and solutions to determine operational feasibility
  • Understand system architecture and software design principles with an emphasis on usability
  • Protect operations by maintaining information confidentiality and prioritizing security
  • Troubleshoot by analyzing development and service issues
  • Assist the business in implementing cost-effective technology improvements and solutions
  • Complete related goals to accomplish organizational and engineering missions
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and API integrations; familiarity with DNS, database management, and ServiceTitan is a plus

Develop and implement backend solutions for website content management, style homepages based on designs, manage DNS and databases, perform website maintenance, collaborate with teams, utilize WordPress and APIs, document processes, and participate in team meetings.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 55,000
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
