This is a remote position.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time
  • Client: International elevator solutions brand (manufacturing and service focus)
  • Key responsibilities include growth initiatives, market penetration, strategic planning, team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead generation, relationship building, and revenue growth targets

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales; 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in Engineering/Construction and elevator companies is highly prioritized

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities

Home-Based Requirements

  • Fast and reliable wired internet (not less than 50 Mbps)
  • Quiet, private home office
  • Updated computer, headset with microphone, and working webcam
