Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for data tracking and reporting. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or any food-related field. Prior experience in a quality control or assurance role in the food industry is preferred (entry-level experience accepted). Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
