Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist for our food concept operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food kiosk, Cart and Store operations to ensure reliability, service-oriented, efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

He/She will play a key role in managing operational processes, vendor relationships, inventory management, and staff training to support the success and growth of our food kiosk, Cart or Store business.

Facilitate overall preparations from store construction prior to official date of store opening including validations of checklist, punch list, pre-opening store requirements, business license, operating clearances, etc.

The Business Operations Specialist must be keen and review regularly the Training Module, QA, Company Handbook & Performance Improvement Programs to determine each of the corresponding effectiveness.

In addition, he/she should be able to assess the performance of operations and provide recommendations for improvement to all assigned stores.

  • Process sales order transactions.
  • Encode flyers and Catalogue Sales Transactions.
  • Remit collections and submit Daily Sales Cashier Turnover Report (Directs Sales).
  • Ensure collections are properly reconciled from the actual to the system record.
  • Assist Collection Staff in processing package sales transactions.
  • Ensure that the cashier station is in good and clean condition with all standees completely displayed.
  • Manage the filing of Summary Turnover Reports.
  • Accept request of customer for change name and transfer of account.
  • Listen to customer\'s questions and concerns and provide answers or responses limited to ID verification, promo and general packages.
