Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless flow of talent within the organization, from talent acquisition to performance enhancement.**Ideal Candidates Will Be*** Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English* Have a love for Human Resources, especially in Talent Acquisition* A strong multitasker* Highly organized* Have a proven history of filling roles on a strict deadline* Be willing to ask when guidance is needed* A team player* Highly flexible within the realm of HR as this will be a dynamic position**Programs That Will Be Used*** Microsoft 365* Workday* Asana* Various Microsoft Office productivity software* Various web portals* Various communication applications**Role Details*** Industry: Outsourcing | Promotional* Work Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 MN (PHT)* Workdays: Monday through Friday* Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient* Salary Grade: PHP 25,000.00 – PHP 33,000.00**Job Responsibilities*** Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support the end-to-end Talent Reserve utilization and management process.* Conducts placement calls for floating team members and final interviews for new hires to evaluate their skills, experience, and role alignment.* Guides Talent Reserve members in updating their resumes in line with DCX resume standards and prepares detailed interview notes outlining each candidate’s strengths, areas for improvement, and overall suitability.* Maintains accurate records by updating Workday profiles, the Talent Reserve dashboard, and other relevant trackers.* Manages and facilitates coaching sessions with Talent Reserve members, focusing on skill development, professional growth, and interview readiness.* Tracks the progress of Talent Reserve members enrolled in the Reserve Training Program (RTP) and reviews weekly assessment results.* Leads welcome calls for new members and facilitates various process-related meetings as needed.* Collaborates with the Talent Reserve team and/or other relevant stakeholders to design and enhance training resources aimed at improving interviewing techniques and soft skills.* Assists in providing administrative support and further development of the Talent Acquisition Team; and* Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing. **Additional Job Requirements** + 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience + 1-3 years of professional recruitment experience + Education: A degree in Communication, Human Resources or Psychology required **About DCX** DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth-minded small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
