Overview Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties at Dermcare Inc., a renowned leader in the holistic wellness industry. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes. Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Level Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience required. Skills and Competencies Proficiency in recruiting processes and candidate evaluation Strong understanding of employee relations and engagement strategies Familiarity with compensation structures and benefits administration High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of HRIS systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail Responsibilities and Duties Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the hiring process Address employee queries regarding HR matters such as leaves, compensation, and benefits Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Aid in organizing and conducting employee engagement programs and events Maintain employee records and documentation according to policy and legal requirements Working Conditions Office setting, typically 40 hours a week with possible overtime during peak hiring seasons or special projects May require occasional travel for recruitment events or training Qualities and Traits A team player with a collaborative attitude Ethical mindset with discretion in handling confidential information Strong planning and organizational skills Responsive and adaptable to changing priorities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Compassionate and approachable demeanor for managing employee relations #J-18808-Ljbffr
