Overview
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties at Dermcare Inc., a renowned leader in the holistic wellness industry.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience required.
- Proficiency in recruiting processes and candidate evaluation
- Strong understanding of employee relations and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with compensation structures and benefits administration
- High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the hiring process
- Address employee queries regarding HR matters such as leaves, compensation, and benefits
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Aid in organizing and conducting employee engagement programs and events
- Maintain employee records and documentation according to policy and legal requirements
- Office setting, typically 40 hours a week with possible overtime during peak hiring seasons or special projects
- May require occasional travel for recruitment events or training
- A team player with a collaborative attitude
- Ethical mindset with discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong planning and organizational skills
