Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent (not required for the post)
  • 1–2 years of work experience in the related field
  • Training delivery experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Experience developing instructional materials
  • Experience creating static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Edge Animate, etc.)
  • Experience developing instructional media with at least one e-learning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline are preferred)
  • Solid grasp of visual design principles
  • Familiarity with the levels of e-learning development/interaction, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning Domains, the ADDIE model of instructional design, Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction, and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning
  • Ability to learn to use new software/hardware quickly; background in computer programming is a plus
